While the pictures make the property look very dreamy, we found it to be very different in reality - quite worn out and outdated. - Our chalet had zero privacy, wasn’t kept well (dried out dead plants in front), outdated kitchenette with almost no supplies in it (just two cups and spoons) - Bathroom isn’t even shown in the pictures properly and that’s because the sink is so tiny (narrow) that you can’t even wash your face without splashing everything everywhere. - Property offers communal laundry but the space is dirty and not maintained well. The washer is half broken, only cold wash option and no dryer. Outside rack to dry is totally worn out (rusty, terrible broken clips) - There’s also communal kitchen which seemingly offers plenty of appliances to use but no instructions on how to use the huge oven etc. - There are free bikes but all very rusty, operational but just unkept really, that whole space where the bikes were was dusty, dirty and not looking nice at all. - WiFi is absolute nightmare. Constantly cuts off and it’s totally unreliable. My partner had to drive out to town to get connection for an important call at midnight and since we had to just rely on our mobile data instead. While our overall experience wasn’t good and we would not come back because the property is just not at the level, the owner/manager was really responsive and kind over texts. We were allowed to leave our groceries in the communal kitchen on the day of check out and pick them up again in the evening which was nice.

"Not good enough for the amount charged. So, I would say, definitely not value for what they charged."

The breakfast facilities were very poor. They only provided 2 cups, 2 wine glasses,1 teaspoon. There were no plates or other utensils for breakfast, let alone that breakfast would actually be provided. Instead you had to walk to a utilities room shared by all guests where all the extra dishes were

The extra cutlery and enough crockery to provide own breakfast in your own unit would have been appreciated. Also, in their brochure, beach -arrow- 5 minutes. Completely incorrect! A 5 minute walk through sand dunes took you to a road so no idea where the beach was but nowhere in sight. When I was queried where I was going “ oh, you need a car to go anywhere”. So, it was very isolated and had to get in the car to go anywhere to have a meal. If you came back at night, there was no light by the keypad to let you in the gate. Very much an inconvenience!
