Location nice and central, easy walk to all ends of town. Great attentive and helpful staff, every request we had was answered with a positive! Simple and clean facilities, comfortable bed. Our 1st floor room still had descent Matterhorn views and breakfast was good.

The property is somewhat aged and could do with a refurbishment, but everything was clean and functioned perfectly.

"Absolutely reccommend. Quaint, but dated, property. Staff was wonderful."

Location was ideal for us.

Due to train delay, we arrived later than expected. Self check in was flawed. Once the staff was contacted, they straightened everything out. but it wasted our valuable time.
