First of all the two girls from the Azores working at the hotel. They were outstanding! The location and the Matterhorn view from the balcony plus the great breakfast.

Clean,neat,spacious room with the view of Matterhorn in the balcony. We did self checkin and had a little difficulty. Rest everything was great. Special mention to dear Paula. Very helpful and friendly.

Self checkin as we were left to fend for ourselves. A bit of an issue for elderly.

Location was great, the breakfast was really good
