Mercure Ariosto Lima

Not happy with my stay!!!room was way too hot. A/C controlled from Lobby area employees... not even shower soap available!!! huge shower head in such tiny place to shower, forced to received first shoot of cold water every time. Bar always closed, attendant had always an excuse to please come back later. When Finally I was able to obtain a drink, it was done with the idea to make feel angry, It tasted really bad, made with raw egg and lemon. I found out later it was not the one I ordered.😡

Clean hotel Located in nice quiet area. Very surprising despite having room facing the street. Bed very comfortable. Room size is ok but bathroom and shower are small. Had to call porter to mix TV. After +10 min, he managed to make it work by holding RC in the “right” angle to the sensor. Room was booked for 2. Because my friend was not a tourist like me, the hotel charged me 14 USD on taxes. Almost 25% of what was paid for the room. Front desk claimed that hotel allows visitors for one hour for free but the law requires to charge locals . I travel a lot and never heard something like that bc of that I will never book this hotel again .

We stayed just one night at the Mercure Hotel on our way to Cusco. The location was excellent, and the room was clean and recently renovated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage there for a few days.

Excelente hotel lo recomiendo.

Excelente en todo el servicio buenisimo muchas atenciones las habiotaciones muy comodas pero sobre todo Christian el empleado del restaurante es lo mejor que tiene el hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was confortable and convenient. There are couple of restaurants and market place around the hotel which are walking distance. The service was good at every level. I definitely recommend this hotel for short or long term stays.
