"Eww. Stinks. Front desk rude"

The staff. Unfriendly. Got to our room. Couldn’t describe the smell. We turned the air con on, went to dinner. Came back, It was off. HOT and the smell. The toilet flush plate broken. So when you push the flush it runs for about 20 mins. The room phone didn’t work. When I walked down to let them know. They were annoyed and did nothing. Use the flush wisely when you have little kids trying to sleep for an early flight. Should have stayed the extra night in the nice Airbnb we had. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Wasn’t cheap either.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and spent 7 nights at the hotel. Although there were some circumstances during our stay that occasionally affected the peace and quiet we were hoping for, the attitude and professionalism of the staff more than made up for it. The hotel team was consistently kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. We would especially like to highlight that upon our arrival, we informed the staff that we required gluten-free bread, and from then on it was provided for us every morning without fail. We greatly appreciated this level of care and attention to our needs. We also highly appreciated that whenever any issues arose, the hotel made every effort to find a solution and genuinely cared about ensuring their guests were satisfied. Thank you for your warm hospitality, attention to detail, and helpful attitude. We truly enjoyed our stay.

"Nie sympatyczne rodzinne wakacje"

Pokój był ładny

Hałas, kurz, brak basenu w hotelu, zużyty sprzęt na siłowni plus śmierdzące pomieszczenie, nie dzialajacy telewizor, gdyby nie to, że booking poczuł się do odpowiedzialności i coa tam pobyt zrekompensował to jedne z gorszych moich wakacji jeśli chodzi o hotel..... Podczas pierwszego dnia złożyłem reklamację - hotel nawet nie raczył się do tego ustosunkować;(

Naozaj veľmi super poloha, krásne mólo hneď cez cestu, pohodlné postele,útulná izba, kanvica s čajmi na izbe, obmeny raňajok, vstup do aqualuna, ticho na izbe

Výhľad z izby bol nič moc,ale každé ráno som tam pozerala mačky,takže aspoň niečo 😄 možno také najväčšie mínus vnímam v niektorých čašníkoch na raňajkách (nie všetci)- prvé dni som nerozumela prečo na mňa obsluha zazerá keď som prišla s batohom na raňajky, neskôr som to však pochopila prečo su takí zvláštni..neskutočne analyzovali a upodozrievali každého na raňajkách či si niekto niečo nebalí z raňajok, ale pozerali sa naozaj veľmi nepríjemným spôsobom. Bola som svedkom situácie,kedy sa jedna žena z obsluhy doslova rozbehla cez pol reštaurácie za ženou, ktorá si niesla v ruke jeden banán. Rozumiem,že je zákaz vynášať veci z raňajok,avšak jedná sa o to,ako to celé pôsobilo,obsluha žene doslova vytrhla ten banán z ruky ako keby sa dopustila neviem akého veľkého priestupku- myslím si,že sa tieto situácie dajú vyriešiť oveľa milšie a príjemnejšie, bez takejto "drámy" . Inak zamestnanci na recepcii aj chyžné boli všetci veľmi príjemní
