Location is great, park and old town and shops are close by. Check-in was fast and seamless. Breakfast included and menu changes every day, so one will not get tired of the same food. You can also enjoy a glass of Georgian wine for breakfast. My room had all the necessary facilities: AC, fridge, kettle

Bathroom was worn-out a bit, especially the rusty towel dryer. The sink tap was not properly fixed and moved, which made it a bit annoying to open it and close.

They didn't prepare the rooms but the staff was helpful

The TV not working the ac not working after multiple time they fix it but generally its a not bad stay
