Don’t offer anything good .

The establishment is very good. The problem is that it is not sound proof and when a guest speaks while in their room they sound like they are in my room. They must change the bedding and check the rooms for cleaning. I will definitely book the place again.

Double booked the rooms... and we had to leave and find alternative accommodation. Definately not a 4star as well.

We paid for the room, spent an hour there and left. We had to cough up extra cash to book in elsewhere. The room was inhabitable. The walls were damn, visible water all around. No carpeting. No heater. The room was unbearably cold. The TV was broken and had no remote. There were two single pillows on the bed and when asking for two more were told they don't have. We can use the two scatter cushions as extra pillows. Bathroom window latch was broken. Soap dispenser in shower just fell off the wall. There was 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. We were two adults. When asking for extra towels, we were told they don't have and what they provided is enough. The room comes with nothing No extras at all Not even coffee or sugar But they give u a kettle 😆

Disgusting. They won't even give me an invoice for the stay. They tell me I must give them the details then hang up on me so I can't give them the details and refuse to take my call

Clean .Staffs very helpful and obliging.

The place was as seen on overall pictures. We had a mishap with our stay but management and staff attended to the mishap asap. Excellent service

My stay was amazing was only bothered by the kitchen I shared with everyone else it’s not clean at all please work on that

Very good hospitality. A kitchen everyone could use, which was separate to the rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the getaway and the toddler enjoyed herself as well. Roger, who is one of the staff, was very helpful and also great with assisting in anything we needed with a speedy service. The guesthouse is also in walking distance to the beach and to the shops. Which is very convenient. Will definitely use their accommodation again.

the room was so dirty and the tv didn't have a remote and when we asked or a remote we where given a different brand that the tv and also didn't work. when we just moved the tv to see if we can switch off the tv manually our fingers where covered in greasy. it seemed as the tv has never ever been dusted. the welcome was so pathetic, no one manned the reception and the guy who came to check us in just asked for the money no greeting or is that covid protocol? we where taken to a room and that was it, we felt losy
