"Hot rooms with no A.C. or fans."

Location.

Self Check in was not efficient. When I ask for help nobody answered. Then I managed to find out by myself after several attempts. This was happening to various guests doing the self check in. Room was terribly hot. I triied to contact customer care and nobody answered. I kept trying for 1 hour and then someone managed to phone me up but said that there is nothing that she can do. Me and my wife could not sleep all night long because of the heat. Another thing is that there was no kettle for tea and coffee which a 4 star hotel should have. I suggest to avoid this hotel and go for another one.
