"Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung und 100%-Self Service."

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Toplage am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit modernem Bad.

Es ist kein Personal vor Ort für Fragen. Der Check-in und -out läuft komplett über Selfservice-Terminal mit umfangreicher Dateneingabe, was sehr nervig ist! Vorausgesandte Koffer mussten wir suchen und mühsam erfragen, um sie in einem anderen Zimmer schliesslich zu finden. Geteilte Rechnungsstellung über mehrere Kreditkarten pro Reisendem sind nicht mehr möglich. Abbuchung erfolgt automatisch. Dadurch wirkt das Hotel unpersönlich und kühl. Nur angesichts des sehr hohen Lichtensteiner Preisverhältnisses erscheint der Hotelpreis noch akzeptabel.

אין מקרר ואמצעים להכנת.קפה. חבל.. היה חסר לנו.

Hotel was fantastic, clean and refurbished, with everything we needed. One staff member we had cause to deal with was extremely helpful with the luggage storage. Location was great, close to shops and experiences. Easy bus transport to station.

Nothing to dislike.

Helpdesk useless - run by robots. I had 2 separate queries and the answers (even after several attempts) did not address the query, they seemed to be a standard chatbox type response No real people - apart from helpful lady we bumped into, and the breakfast lady. It makes a holiday so much more enjoyable if there are individuals to interact with and sort out problems No kettle or fridge in room
