"Great weekend"

Great location and great staff. We had a great view of the Market and it was so close to light rail stations and anything we wanted to do. The rooms were very clean and everyone was great. Rooms are small but that's what you expect in a downtown hotel and I with the bar stayed open a little later but minor issues.

"Happy to stay again"

An excellent location close to Pikes Place and all the activities near the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was an added bonus we enjoyed multiple times.

"Wonderful Seattle Hotel"

This is a nice hotel just a block away from the Public Market Center on the waterfront, and a short walk to the ferries, restaurants and shopping. Our room was small but very comfortable, the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful and the staff is fantastic!

"Great spot in Seattle Downtown"

The hotel is in a fantastic location. I booked a room with water view and it overlooked the ocean and the nearby Pike Market Place. The room was spotless. It was small but had everything you need. The people at the front desk were very professional and knowledgeable. The restaurant (Ben Paris) had a very good breakfast menu and the quality of food and service was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this place for a reasonably priced and hard to beat Seattle downtown experience.

"Exceptional Service and Well Appointed Room"

I have not stayed in Seattle before and was delighted at my experience at the State Hotel. My room had up to date renovations and had everything I needed for a great stay. The bathrobes in the room were very cozy and a nice touch. The staff went out of there way to ensure my staff was exceptional. I had 2 meals at Ben Paris and both were well prepared. Would highly recommend.

Great location, right next to the pike market. Fun view from the room. Very clean. Fun decorating and vintage vibe. Staff very gracious. Fun rooftop patio.

No parking on site but garage was very close.
