Pyramid City Apartments

The pool was great along with all the house except for the second bathroom that stunk of sewerage also only the shower was used once because it was that small it flooded the bathroom and also it stunk of sewerage. Fridge was great as it kept everything was kept very cold and air conditioning. Clothes line was also very handy. Access to the beach was right there. When the toilet leaked someone came to fix it a day later.

The second bathroom that stunk of sewerage. We couldn't access TV as we didn't have Netflix account. T.V. didn't cater for Greek speaking and English speaking guests, we didn't go to watch TV but it was nice to have when others were getting ready all the other hotels we had access. Accessing power points. Poor communication with host about the towel situation and the sign in the villa about times to use the communal washing machine inferred that we had to wash our own towels. This was later cleared up when we were going to do our own laundry. Don't bother going to the Cafe totally expensive and the most hopeless breakfast had in all our stays over Greece.

Beautiful apartment in a modern complex with a local touch. It is just 3 minutes from the beach and has an amazing swimming pool just outside of the door. Martina was the perfect host and accommodated to all our special needs and more. Can't think of a better place for a family vacation.

Lovely pool. Spacious apartment. We stayed in Apollon, sadly it does not have sea view, over parking lot and view to the mountain. Sea nearby was stunning, also view to Albanian mountains. 3 small supermarkets near and 3 restaurants walkable distance + a really good streetfood next to lola’s market.

Not suitable for workation, internet too slow for using computer properly.

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment was big enough for the three of us (teenager, two adults). The kitchen had basic appliances and the bedroom even had a TV. You can wash your laundry in a washing machine you share with the other apartments. The pool was stunning! It was 2m deep on the deepest end and on the shallow end it was ankle deep. Plus there was a jacuzzi. There were sunbeds around and in a shallow part of the pool. That was really nice. Everything is super clean. There is a bar/restaurant connected with the pyramid apartments and the beach is nearby aswell. It was just a short walk, maybe a few minutes. Everyone of the staff was super welcoming and friendly. Even the Manager Martina was very sweet and took care of everything immediately. She was always available per WhatsApp or in person which was really convenient. She absolutely was the sweetest person ever and she gave us tips what we could do or see on the island and even Albania and called us cabs to drive to the airport (from the airport and back to the airport.) There is a small shop and two restaurants near the beach which aren’t from pyramid apartments and the beach is clean and pretty. The sunbeds were very affordable too, only 6€ per sun bed. The pyramid restaurant had delicious food and the most stunning tables you could reserve to watch the sunset while you have dinner. The waiters were super nice and really friendly.

The walls were very thin and you could pretty much always hear what the other guests were talking about and our neighbors were shoving around the furniture 😂. You could also hear the showers turning on and our neighbors sometimes even showered at night. The kitchen appliances were pretty basic so it was just the much needed stuff. In the bathroom there could be more storage area, especially around the sink for the cosmetic things (we were traveling with two girls😂). There was an additional beach next to the restaurant that sadly couldn’t be used because of kelp/sea grass laying on the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location. From the apartment it's a minute walk to the first bit of rocky coastline where you can access excellent snorkelling. (A few minutes of swimming takes you round a corner to a big cave, which my kids loved). A minute's further walk there is a small, sandy, very picturesque beach with loungers and umbrellas (€2 - €3 to hire), plus shower etc. This is next to the Pyramid cafe which is so lovely to sit at with this view. Staff all so friendly and helpful too. Further along you can enjoy 2 further beaches, one with pedalos etc and one that is unspoilt with nothing but beach and sea. Communication in advance was also great and we were helped with an earlier check in, which was much appreciated. Thanks to Martina for her help. We had apartment Achileas which was spacious and had everything we needed (except oven gloves 😀) . A couple of things broke and maintenance came very quickly to fix them. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the swallows. Fantastic pool and never had any problems with getting sun loungers. Never felt overly busy, just relaxing. Also enjoyed using the BBQ area. Would stay again for sure.
