Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Great value for the cost. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was very large and super clean. Breakfast was included and had a large selection of food for even the pickiest of eaters. We had a fantastic stay there.

"Awesome hotel. Avoid street side rooms if you are a light sleeper. "

Overall this hotel is so nice I couldn’t believe it was a Residence Inn. Five stars plus- but do not stay on the street side. Cars/motorcycles race up the street in front all night. Not the hotel’s fault at all - and there are signs in downtown Greenville warning would be racers about prosecution, but I guess it’s not really enforced. Just a caution.

The property is in a great location to restaurants and businesses downtown. It is also close to the mall which was a short drive. The hotel is beautiful. However, the room was not in the greatest shape. The shower took forever to get warm. The shower actually leaked. The water pressure was pretty weak. The color in our tv was slightly off. Some of the lights flickered and lastly, the bed was a little too hard with the pillows being way to soft. I know that sounds like a lot but honestly the hotel stay was great. The building just needs a little upkeep. Due to the location, we would definitely stay again.

"Room over entrance"

4.0

If you love very bright neon blue light from the entrance streaming through every crack in your curtains when you go to bed then room 233 is for you! We used every clip hanger from the closet and hair clip I had to try to clip them tightly closed, but couldn’t do anything about the light coming out of the top of the curtains.
