Apartment was beautiful, well presented & everything we could ask for.

A little difficult to obtain access, however this was our first experience of remote access so could of been us, our flight was delayed, it was dark & rainy however the host was more than accomodating to us, quick to answer & was so polite and attentive to every query we had throughout our stay, please know this was so appreciated.

The property is located close to the old town and and more alternative La Latina area, so good if you are looking to stay near these areas. Bit further from other districts of Madrid as it's a big city. Modern and clean and it's very close to a Metro station and supermarket.

The property is definitely not a 'penthouse'. It is actually quite a small apartment with a very small living area, bathroom and bedroom so not a lot of room to relax and it's tight, even for 2 people. It is more of a studio size so do not assume it is a 'penthouse'. There is no attractive view, and you virtually get no supplies. Not what we expected from the advertising.

The apartement was very good in all aspects. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom was perfect size, and good beds with a view. The ap is on top. There is a lift. And it is so central to everything.

The property was in a good location.

The property was tiny. Called a penthouse but certainly not one. Terrible view. Most disappointing was the fact there were zero amenities- not even a hand soap or a tea bag. Tea and coffee making facilities but not a single thing to make anything with. Certainly wasn’t what we thought it would be.

That it was well located ,comfortable, and quiet and clean.

- the glass table next to the sofa bed is too big and not very functional, we had to keep it under the kitchen table when sofa bed was open.
