😊 PROS: We loved everything about this stay — truly one of our favorites of the trip. Booked a Superior King Room with Private Patio — absolutely worth it Unexpected bonus: two bathrooms! → One with toilet & sink → One with tub, shower, and double sinks — such a luxury and a wonderful surprise Staff was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They truly make the stay incredible. They remember you — your plans, your tours, your dinner reservations — and thoughtfully follow up, which made it feel incredibly personal. It’s a level of service we’ve truly never experienced before. For a smaller property, they were perfectly staffed — there was always someone available to help with anything we needed. It almost feels like they’re overstaffed, but in reality, it’s simply perfect. Food was incredible Breakfast (included) was outstanding — full menu with table service and a buffet, which was such a treat Dinner at the restaurant was magical — one of those experiences you don’t forget

😕 CONS: Honestly… none… except one very specific request 😄 → We both agreed they desperately need a small memento shop → We even kept our beautiful wooden key card as a souvenir, but would have loved the option to purchase something — a pillow with their logo embroidered, the robes from our room, a signature candle, or even a Christmas ornament 💭 PERSONAL MUSINGS: This was one of those stays where everything just felt easy, elevated, and special. It’s elegant and intimate, yet thoroughly approachable. When we first walked into our room, my husband looked around and said, “Can we cancel the rest of the trip and just stay here?” — and honestly, we both meant it. We enjoyed our stay that much and truly did not want to leave. What made our last night even more special was a moment we’ll never forget. My husband wanted to enjoy a Cuban cigar with a whisky we had picked up earlier in the trip, and we casually mentioned to the bartender that the only thing missing would be a fire to sit by outside. He smiled and said, “Give me 15 minutes.” When we came back, he had set up the courtyard with a lit fire table, chairs draped in furs, and heaters going — it was absolute perfection. We sat there for hours playing cards, enjoying our drinks, and soaking in our last night. Truly magical. Thank you for our incredible time their!!! We’re already talking about when we can come back.
