"It’s okay, my question is why until now the charge in my c/c still pending for incidentals something"

I’ve been a Marriott member so far it’s been good

It’s a 2 or 3 star I guess but they don’t refresh the room everyday. I told the concierge that I would like to refresh my room everyday but they did every 2 days
