L'emplacement face à la mer.

Les fenêtres sont très mal isolées, L’appartement se situe au dessus de 2 bars du coup bruit interminable jusqu'à 4h00 du matin toutes les nuits, affreux.

"Apartamento bonito y bien situado pero con bastante falta de mantenimiento"

Ubicación perfecta. Vistas espectaculares y paseo ancho y bonito. Cerca de todo. Piso muy grande y buena distribución. Aceptan mascotas (ojo: hay que pagar suplemento por día). Nos resolvieron dudas antes de la llegada bastante rápido.

La entrega del piso demasiado rápida, pocas explicaciones, el chico que vino a dar llaves se notaba que tenía prisa. El piso necesita bastante mantenimiento (humedades en la habitación grande, luces fundidas en el salón, la ventana del comedor no cierra bien, las mamparas de los baños no cierran bien, mueble baño en mal estado, mucho ruido por la noche en la habitacióngrande, hay un bar delante y mucho ruido hasta tarde). Deberían hacer un buen repaso de lo que no hay antes de hacer entrega a nuevos clientes. El pago por mascota se debe hacer en efectivo a la llegada. No hay aire acondicionado, sólo 2 ventiladores pequeños.

Estaba muy bien equipado y con una localización inmejorable.

Gotera en la habitación, el agua del plato de ducha se salía fuera por no estar bien sellado, había secador de pelo pero sin cable así que nos tuvieron que traer uno nuevo. Hay un restaurante justo debajo del piso y otro bar al lado y se oía todo en jaleo nocturno, con lo cual si vas con niños es algo a tener en cuenta, como fue nuestro caso.
