"Really liked this hotel"

We arrived in town earlier than anticipated. We knew it was going to be very busy due to the SEC tournament. I contacted the hotel via the app to inquire about parking in the garage next door (spring st) and if it would be safe to leave our luggage (truck with no cover). Hotel staff messaged back and suggested parking in the parking deck and for use to drop off our luggage at the front desk and they would store until the room become available. Once the room was available, the front desk staff was super friendly, though busy they kept a smile and asked about our day, all while getting us our room key. The lobby is open, nicely decorated and very clean. The room was large and also clean. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was perfect and hot. We went to the bar, Oak and Honey during happy hour. Great selection of beers and liquor. The food was good and staff was great. The morning breakfast area was clean and included a good selection of breakfast items. I would be stay here again.
