Le lieu est magique,parfaitement situé à deux pas de ma place jema el fnaa... Le personnel etait aux petits soins...et le meilleur pdj de notre séjour !

Chambre rouge bruyante (bruit de la rue)

Very clean, great location (close to everything in the old town), very lovely decorated rooms and common areas, amazing breakfast (specially the homemade yogurt and pancakes), very friendly staff, silent rooms. Hammam (spa) available.

Sometimes the hot water was over after the first shower and we had a small incident with power outage in our room (but the management fixed very quickly, and were very pro active to solve the problem). We understand that the old town is a very ancient place, with some structural problems hard to be solved, and it was actually part of the real experience of the place. Did not impact negatively our stay.

Staff was very hospitable from start to end, making sure our family was taken care of. They were easy to reach and available. This riad is charming and has a lot of character. The common spaces really make for a unique, Moroccan experience. Meals were generous and tasty.

This riad could use some maintenance, especially the bathrooms. We booked 2 rooms and the bathroom experiences were inconsistent. Shower pressure isn't great and the hot water is very sensitive. You have to turn the shower handle just right to get the desired heat otherwise it immediately gets too hot or too cold. We all struggled with this and limited our shower time accordingly. The staff did look into this at our request but not sure how much of it is the building itself. The rooms are smaller and while the layouts are charming, they are not always practical when you consider luggage. Toiletries are limited so make sure you pack your lotion. This riad has neighbors and it did get very loud for hours with the kids playing in the alley.

Great location... peaceful but very close to the main square, restaurants and souks. Very helpful, friendly staff and a lovely traditional Riad.
