"Komfortabel und gute Lage"

Die Lage war SUPER, ganz in der nähe von der Riva. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Es war auch sehr sauber und man hatte sogar eine eigene Disco im Zimmer.

We were quite surprised there wasn’t an option for regular housekeeping having booked 5 nights. We finally asked for clean towels and that was accommodated but were surprised there was no option for clean bedding for that length of stay (at least it was never offered to us). In addition we were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom - having a shower created a damp environment throughout the entire bathroom causing towels, toiletries etc to all become damp. This is concerning as I have asthma and that can create a dangerous mold situation very quickly. The worst part was my friend left his suitcase in the room and reached out to the property via email. He said the response showed no concern and offered no help or assistance to find a way for him to be reunited with his suitcase and items inside. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Repeat stay. Excellent staff and awesome location. However, we booked 5 rooms some 11 months ago and upon arrival, was told the accommodation was overbooked!! Otherwise, the experience was ok.

Está a 7 minutos a pie del puerto y el old town. El personal de la recepción es muy amable. Las camas son cómodas.

La chambre était propre mais il y’avait une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité
