Location, communication with staff. Easy self check in instructions.

It was a very smoking room, with a stable smell. Dirty and wet wall under the conditioner. At the balcony two full reservoirs with conditioning water. In the bathroom there is a broken door at the shower cabin.

Unser Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gestunken aber wir haben gleich ein neues gestellt bekommen als wir Bescheid gegeben haben.

Good location. Close to Central train station(Porta Nuova) and City centre

No staff apart from cleaners in the morning if you need to ask for any help (Self check in and out) which is no problem

Très bon rapport qualité prix, jolie chambre, très propre, personnel sympa. Très bien situé également.

Les rouleaux de papier toilette ont disparu d’un coup, je pense que les autres personnes les ont pris :/ donc voilà c’est pas l’établissement mais peut-être penser à une éventuelle solution pour cela.
