Everything was nice and I liked it.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. I would’ve loved a bathtub though, but I understand that everyone’s moving to showers in the shower was still pretty nice. Love the shampoo and body wash. It smelled amazing.

Hotel was convenient, clean and updated.

It didn't not have pool, the breakfest was not good at all.

Customer service was great, rooms were clean and price was reasonable.

I would have liked to have bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy available for breakfast.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room and bath appeared clean. I appreciated the lighted vanity mirror. Ample toiletries, towels, etc. Room appeared to have been somewhat recently renovated. It looked nice other than an older short couch with one heavily soiled armrest. Felt a little odd not having carpeting in the bedroom area, but I understand why manufactured flooring would be easier to keep clean. Liked the room darkening shade over the window.

I went down for breakfast somewhat late on my first morning. It appeared the supply of some food was depleted. The coffee was of poor quality. Multiple signs stating food and drink were not to be taken to the rooms were posted, but there were only two small tables and eight stools in the eating area. The eating area looked as if it had not been recently renovated. I walked to a nearby Denny's restaurant for breakfast the next two mornings. The noise level from the side road and interstate was very high inside the room. Turned the AC fan on "constant" and had a Sleepmate which helped negate the traffic noise. The black, full-size refrigerator in the room (no handle on the top freezer door) was an eyesore.

Clean room. Very nice.Front desk was helpful and courteous. Quiet overall. Close to restaurants and mall. Would stay again and recommend to family.

Most things were good.

The staff at this hotel were unbelievably rude. We are an older couple visiting Houston to see our daughter, who became very sick and could not come downstairs for breakfast. We tried to take a small plate up to her, and instead of showing a single ounce of humanity, the staff stopped us and started yelling like we were doing something terrible. I explained that we had no idea about their so-called rule, because no other hotel we have ever stayed in has had an issue with this. Since the food was already on the plate, I asked if we could at least take it to the room one time for our sick daughter. Their response was to yell “no, throw it in the garbage.” That moment told us everything we needed to know about this place. Their ridiculous rule is hidden in tiny print off to the side, impossible to see. If we had seen it, we would have followed it. Instead, the staff chose to make a scene, talk to us like we were children, and treat us with zero respect over their already pathetic breakfast. This was disgusting behavior, completely unnecessary, and absolutely disrespectful. After the way we were treated, we didn't go for breakfast for the remaining of our stay.
