This is a spectacular house - we stayed here twice. Location could not be better and the house is beautiful. The indoor pool is great and so is the patio

Loads of character. Staying in this 13 century mansion was a unique treat, like living in a museum. Our grandchildren loved it.

This is a lovely historic building located in a charming city. The property is very close to a wonderful square with multiple quality restaurants and it's a very walkable location. The house itself is simply breathtaking. We enjoyed making great use of the outdoor space for relaxing with a bottle of wine and simply soaking in the wonderful atmosphere. It's a great property for family and friends.

If I had to list a complaint it would be that the floors felt a bit dirty on your barefeet; but I think that this is simply a byproduct of a house that has this level of outside access and age. Again this may add to the character of the historic property for some and may be off-putting for those that are anal about floor cleanliness.

This was like staying in our own little castle/museum. The art work and furnishings really made us feel like we were staying in someone's very old home in Spain. That said, it was still remarkably clean and cozy for an ancient stone building and our bedroom's heater worked great. The kitchen was small and poorly equipped considering the grandness of the estate and number of bedrooms - as if only the butler and maid should be in there anyway ;-) It had a coffee machine so that was essential for the morning. Manager very accessible and friendly.

NO coffee pods for the machine. We had to go shopping for that specific type and we were only there a day - it would be super nice, like a lot of higher-end rentals do, to offer at least the first morning worth of coffee and other essentials like sugar, napkins, milk, etc. The only other FYI - not really a complaint - is that this would not be ideal for very small children - too many lovely things to touch and break and too many stairs.

The property was amazing, a real palace. It was like taking a step back in time but with modern facilities. Truly spectacular. The pool was also well received on a very hot day. Located in the heart of the old town so easy to walk around. All bedrooms with ensuites and air-conditioning.

Nothing, it was all great. We didn't use the kitchen so can't comment on that.
