"Schmutzige Zimmer viel zu teuer"

Der Frühstücksraum hell, sauber und gutes Angebot. Ein Servicemitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, leider der einzige.

waren direkt bei Ankunft ernüchtert, kaum Parkplätze, unsympathischer Empfang, Zustände im Zimmer nicht zu erwarten bei den hohen Preisen. Nach Kritik bekamen wir ein Upgrade Zimmer, aber Qualität unterirdisch, von Delux kann keine Rede sein. Keine Ahnung wie dieses Hotel solche top Bewertungen bekommen hat. Bekommen Booking Kunden die abgewohnten Unterkünfte? Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr runter gewohnt. Veraltetes unansehnliches Mobiliar, Teppiche etc. Das Schwimmbad wirklich nicht sauber, überall Staub, Rost, unangenehme Gerüche, schmutzige Liegen, dreckige Deckenfenster Der angepriesene Gartenbereich war schlicht nicht vorhanden Einige Beispiele aus dem Upgrade Zimmer (Gartensuite): - fremde Haare Bett und Badewanne - dicke Staubschicht überall, nicht nur von einer Woche - tote Obstfliegen in der Badewanne und Waschbecken - klebriger Boden am WC - ekelhaft schmutziger Föhn Nicht schlimm, aber bei der Preis/Leistung nicht ok: - Alte unansehnliche Waschbecken - schmutzige, rostige Heizung im Bad - Toilette roch muffig und altem Urin - Löchriger Teppich, rissige Vorhänge Allgemein war das Zimmer altbacken ohne Wohlfühlcharakter, keinerlei Deko, Bild nix. Nach Abreise erhielt das Hotel eine ausführliche Beschreibung per Mail inkl Beispielfotos. Eine Reaktion gab es jedoch nicht (Stand heute)
