Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns dann 3 x 2-Bett-Zimmer gegeben, auch wann das nicht unseren Wünschen entsprach, aber es war nett

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I thought my room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice but the hot items were a little unappetising in my opinion.

La propriétaire est tout à fait désagréable . Heureusement qu’elle a du personnel très chouette pour masquer sa mauvaise humeur

The owner was the most miserable, difficult and rude person you’d like to meet. Asked if we could order a beer…. Reply No. I made error with booking she made out I was trying to sneak breakfast off them and sneak people into hotel when actually we self checked in due to no one being there! And was genuine mistake on website. She literally argued on the phone and then again the next morning. She was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. Would stay again if different owner!
