Appartement très agréable, très bien situé près du centre historique et du métro . Il est bien équipé. Personnel très disponible et très gentil.

The property has secured access 24/7. It is nicely situated within walking distance to a lot of museums, attractions and food.

The location was very near (3 minute walk) to the Zocalo. It was on a very busy street but the apartment itself was quiet being away from the main street. It was nice to have a sitting room and basic cooking facilities and these worked well. The bed was comfortable and when we needed help it was provided very promptly. The apartment had a washer dryer and this was handy as we were in the middle of a three week trip. The 24 hour reception and controlled door access made us feel very safe. Definitely do a bus tour (from the Zocalo) to get your bearings and decide where in the city you want to spend time.

It would have been helpful to have some information about how the equipment worked. We had difficulty with the TV, washing machine and oven. Support was prompt but some emailed instructions would have been better.

Stay was great, super close to el zocalo. Staff was amazing, Cristina was super helpful and kind to us. Srta Mabel was also super kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to stay here
