Nulla. Valida la posizione ma pessima gestione

Colazione meno che scarsa, Wi-Fi quasi mai funzionante. In questi giorni di caldo nemmeno una zanzariera quindi o finestra chiusa o la stanza piena di insetti. Nessun riferimento umano e cartelli solo in tedesco. La stanza è stata pulita solo due giorni su 4, ma non sapevamo come chiedere asciugamani puliti

Possibilité de check-in tôt. Chambre propre. Proximité du centre ville et du badesparadise.

Quasi absence de personnel tout se fait en ligne ou sur écran. Absence de possibilité de parkage de vélo ni même de les accrocher. Un ratelier a vélos serait au minimum apprécié.

"Guter Preis und tolle Lage – unerträglich bei Hitze und mangelhafter Kommunikation"

Die Lage ist super in Richtung Titisee und Badeparadies Schwarzwald – beides ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, keinen Ventilator und keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Da das Hotel nah am Grünen liegt, konnte ich die Fenster leider nicht öffnen, weil ich keine Insekten im Zimmer haben möchte. Bei über 30 Grad war das echt unangenehm. Leider habe ich trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage keinen Rabatt für das Badeparadies Schwarzwald bekommen. Ich finde es schlichtweg unmöglich, dass ich auf meine Frage bezüglich des Badeparadieses bis heute keine Antwort erhalten habe. Man fühlt sich als Gast dadurch einfach komplett ignoriert.

Frühstück, Personal das war's.

Die Ausstattung Alt und Renovierungsbedürftig Fenster und Badezimmer. Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator wären bei großer Hitze nötig.

Die Lage und der Preis

Badezimmer schon sehr alt. Fenster lies sich bei über 30 Grad nicht richtig öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage. Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war nicht voll funktionsfähig.

Das Hotel war okey. Es ist nicht komfortabel aber zweckentsprechend. Für uns 4 war es okey. Leider ist das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Und sehr schade, dass um 9.00 bereits nicht mehr aufgefüllt wird, zb käse und schwarzwälder schinken. Die die um 9.00 haben ja das gleiche bezahlt wie die um 7.30
