the rooms were cozy, the bathrooms were very clean , it is actually located in the center of pondy and is accessible to all the tourist spots. The food is vegetarian but is of high quality. Pondicherry is known for its night outs and booze, but sometimes you would want a hotel were you can avoid these, then surguru is the place to go. the staff were very polite and helpful and the overall experience was very good. I would really suggest booking here if you are travelling with your family, as there are stores nearby to get any items at the last minute.

No tissue in the room.unless I requested for the WiFi passcode, I was not given. Wrong pass code was given and then the correct one was given after i complained. Sunrise coffee sachet was kept in the room.Nestle could have been better
