1BR Condo with Great Ocean Views - 1 Block to Beach with Free Parking!

Loved the location and the view and especially the free parking. The beach chairs were a great addition as well. it was nice to grab a chair and walk to the beach.

The mattress was a little hard but that was the only negative.

Very cozy, bright, clean apartment with all amenities. You can find everything what you need in there. For example, small but very cute compliments like local Kauai coffee. Having morning coffee with Waikiki beach view was my fav part of the morning.

These comments are about the building, not the apartment itself. The building elevators take AGES to pick you up. It was quite often the case that we had to wait 3-5 minutes (I timed it). What's more, the laundry rooms on each floor are open 8am-10pm, instead of 24/7 (why? do tourists steal those precious washers and dryers at night regularly?). This meant that, after a full day exploring O'ahu (getting up early and coming back late), we were unable to do laundry and had to use our dirty clothes until we moved to another place which had in-unit washer and dryer.

We loved the place, very clean and modern. The location is great with nice view and close to the beach and shops. Would definitely go back

Love the location. Easily walk to food, shopping, and the beach. Love the full-size refrigerator. Trash was at the end of the hall. Also a laundry room. Laundry is pay to use which is fine. I love that it had free parking.

Everything ☺️ view is amazing and you can enjoy it in the bed, but also from the balcony. Location is the best- beach, restaurants and grocery shops are very near. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay including in the beach- separate beach towels, comfortable beach chairs etc. Apartment is overall very well equipped- so you can make your own meals and fridge is huge.

Just a few things. There are 37 floors, so few times happened (in the sweet time), that we needed to wait the elevator approx 15 minutes because every elevator just was full. Also, we did not have the possibility to grill on the 6 floor, the machine just ate our coins, but would not start. Overall the apartment was wonderful.
