In a decent location and had a spacious room.

No ventilation at all in the rooms, somehow 10° outside but felt about 25°C in our room. When we tried to tell the hotel staff that our ventilation fan did not seem to work (held a hand up to it and felt nothing), she was very dismissive and just said the fan was “very quiet” and probably working, rudely told me no one else had complained, told me to open my window (which I had, it opened less than an inch) and that the best she could do was offer me a tiny pedestal fan which worked for 30 seconds before over heating and dying. No shelf in the shower for toiletries?? Paper thin walls also, listened to a baby cry all night from the room next door. It may be an affordable option in Bergen but I would avoid at all costs. They don’t just cut costs by limiting amenities (no TV, fridge, servicing etc) which would be fine, they clearly cut corners in many basic things… like staff who know a thing or two about their hotel and sound proofing.

Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn. Stadt ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen (halbe Stunde). Bett war gemütlich. Dusche war super.

Es wird wirklich sehr warm in dem Zimmer. An der Klima konnte man einstellen was man wollte, sie wurde nicht kalt und hat eigentlich überhaupt nicht gepustet. Und es war nicht mal Sommer. Frühstück gehört ja nicht wirklich zum Hotel, kann man sich trotzdem sparen.

Petit déjeuner médiocre, pas de choix

Personnel ne dit pas bonjour, ne sourit pas, vous êtes transparent. Tables non nettoyées entre deux clients.

Zaměstnanci byli nápomocní při odbavení, potřeboval jsem pomoc s skenováním pasu, které má byt svépomocné. Postel byl velmi pohodlná, nejpohodlnější co jsem kdy měl. Můj pohled byl tělocvičnu přes ulici, což bylo docela zábavné. Poloha hotelu je dobrá, 3 až 5 zastávek tramvají od historického centra. K dispozici je restaurace a bar s točenými norskými pivy, a snídaně byla v pořádku. Je velký supermarket jen kousek odsud.

Je zde spousta školních skupin, takže kuchyně a čekárna jsou přeplněné i brzy ráno.
