"Very comfortable - great to have access to the spa and water park."

Great breakfast but NOT very good bread. My partner said it was Lidl bread. Other food was fine.

Staff could have spoken better English - we communicated in Polish and English, but I'm surprised that they didn't speak better English.

"Superb"

Top class hotel. Room is enormous, spotless clean. Bed was out of this world - so comfortable. Royal breakfast.

They do not have their own thermal bath, but you have to pass through some corridors to get to the public one - rather dissapointing for such a price.

Our stay at the hotel was a truly exceptional experience ... starting from breakfast, which was served individually and in a very pleasant way, through the overall atmosphere at the hotel, that was very calm and relaxing, beautiful premises with the touch of history, to the special Royal Bath treatment taking place in very unique part of the hotel that made our stay one of the most interesting. An unlimited use of the thermal aquapark was also one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel as we are a family with a child and it was very easy for us to just swith places whenever we wanted to have more fun during the day. The restaurant cuisine, the level of cleanliness and customer service is of a top quality and proofs the five star rating of the hotel.

The availability of sauna world would make the wellness service complete.

There was excellent staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and all of the facilities. The wait staff in the restaurant was excellent . I was disappointed in the spa area because it was so crowded and the swimming pool was pretty warm. With Covid, I was uncomfortable using the spa and pool.

"Kludny hotel, aj pre rodiny s detmi"

Novy, tichy a kludny hotel, prijemne prostredie hned pri kupelnom parku, pesej zone a aquaparku. Priatelsky personal a vyborne spa (vratane masazi). Dobra restauracia, vyborne ranajky a aj viacere stravovacie moznosti v tesnej blizkosti hotela. Najst pristup ku hotelu autom nie je uplne jednoduche, kedze sa nachadza v pesej zone.
