"HORIBLE!"

It was dirty. Carpets stained. Hairball in sink drain. 2nd night toilet wouldn't flush. Office said, "sewer problem on 1st floor, we could use bathroom in empty room on 2nd floor" it was late and we were too tired too checkout. Next morning water shut off entire motel. Checked out that am. Paid for 3 days. Expected at a minimum to not be charged for third day. And at least a discounted rate for 2nd day. Manager said, "NO REFUNDS"! I said, "if the place burned down, would we get a refund" and she said, "no". As I walked out, I said "I will reverse charge on my credit card". owner gave us a partial refund in cash as we were pulling out of the parking lot.
