A very nice hotel with a great staff and an awesome breakfast

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the center and very close to the lifts. The room was spotless, well-equipped, with free water and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food, and dinner at the restaurant was amazing too.

Although the room was at the back of the hotel and generally very quiet, the ventilation system created some unpleasant noise. The spa area is quite small, requires a reservation, and does not offer a lot of outdoor space to relax.

Essendo un 5 stelle ti aspetti che tutto parlino in italiano essendo in Italia, non è così per le persone dell’housekeeping, colazione povera per un 5 stelle, ringrazio per l’eggs benedict offerto ma non è era un egg benedict nemmeno lontanamente, camera senza menu dei servizi e senza menu servizio in camera, frigo bar di un 5 stelle con 4 bottiglie d’acqua naturale, niente piu.
