Funcionários gentis, hotel bem localizado, quarto confortável, serviço de transporte dos equipamentos de ski para montanha gratuito.

Apesar de gentis, funcionários do restaurante muito despreparados, atendimento muito lento nas refeições. Na noite do reveillon foi cobrado um valor alto para as crianças e foi servido comida fria e ruim. O hotel cobra estacionamento dos carros durante a estadia.

Parcheggio troppo caro. Spa piccola, sporca abbandonata e da manutenere. Camere troppo piccole. Palestra piccola e abbandonata. Servizio di housekeeping non all’altezza.

Hotel location to the ski cable car was the ONLY plus of this hotel

This hotel is a far cry from a five-star experience. After spending nearly 8k for a week, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. The service was poor, the rooms were extremely small, and overall there was nothing memorable or impressive about them. On our first day, we were greeted with badly stained sheets, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The menu offered very limited options, especially for guests staying longer than a few days, and shockingly, it was exactly the same every single day. Servers frequently got orders wrong or forgot them altogether. Nearly every bill we received included items we never ordered, which felt dishonest and frustrating. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the staff came across as performative rather than genuinely hospitable. When small issues or concerns were raised, they seemed completely unbothered. By the end of our stay, we couldn’t wait to leave. My partner and I also overheard many other guests complaining throughout the week. I have traveled extensively and have never written a hotel review before, but this experience warranted it. The stay felt like a complete waste of money and, frankly, a rip-off for such a poor overall experience

Restaurante, reveillon mesmo cardápio de todos os dias, comida fria e serviço muito demorado, funcionários bons mas desconectados. Não retornaria. Caríssimo.

La struttura é moderna e molto bella. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dalla funivia.

Saremo stati sfortunati visto il periodo, ma a tratti sembrava di essere in un villaggio turistico. Troppo caotica la situazione in SPA, e poca insonorizzazione.

Valutazione ottima. Vasca esterna riscaldata e camera molto bene.
