Loved everything

Very quiet location in the countryside. Great rooms and friendly people. The pool was lovely. Perfect

We had to switch Rooms because of a broken AC (it was super hot in the room without it). To switch rooms is fine but we had to move into a room which is not nearly as nice as the room we booked and payed for. It was dirty, there was even still pee ok the toilet seat. We had to ask to change the sheets as there were stains everywhere…We asked via booking for a refund or at least for a discount because we felt really uncomfortable there but it was too late to find a new accomodation nearby. We didn’t get any response and the manager didn’t care about it when we asked in person.

To sleep a dirty room and not getting any refund even if we booked a nicer room. They told us the rooms have the same standard but it’s definitely not. If this is the standard in all rooms you should work on it

The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for. They have a free activity you can attend as well as it is possible to rent a scooter. The breakfast was good, room was clean and there is a very nice pool area

Although the hotel is located in very quiet area, it is a little bit far from everything

I stayed only for few nights. It was what I needed, a clean room, to take a rest. The way to the hotel is beautiful. I was with a motorbike, so it was very nice to go around.

The room from booking was not quite like from the photo. Still, it was good enough and clean. And that's most important for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff plus the pool was decent, and it was a very quiet location.

Bathroom is basic and tidy however my wife reckons it has a slight smell.
