I am glad to ask me to tell you a bit more. I am upset about the fact that you did not informed me that the government does not allow foreigner to access the internet. I could not make any calls NOR check my mail. No access at all AND that is something you knew, but you kept quiet. Could so easily be avoided by informing me (your customers) to buy a Chinese sim in the airport. I am absolutely not happy about that. Hope you will do something to avoid that. John Vandenbroucke

Smooth, hassle-free check-in High floor room (20th floor) Elevators were prompt and ran smoothly Room was large Bathroom was nice and spacious Amenities and toiletries met expectations Wear and tear did not affect comfort Sixth-floor gym and pool available Nice view of nearby malls from the gym Pool had a lifeguard present In-house restaurant looked very nice Large banquet-style rooms suitable for gatherings Spacious convention floor Convention rooms well-suited for weddings Breakfast buffet appeared to have a lot of variety

Visible wear and tear throughout the room (nightstands, closets, etc.) Gym equipment was out of place and appeared poorly organized Men’s locker room was very messy Clothing, cleaning supplies, and miscellaneous items scattered Did not feel comfortable using the lockers Unclear when lockers were last serviced Pool area was cluttered with toys and other items Pool and locker areas did not match advertised photos Overall lack of attention to detail in common areas
