"Disappointing"

The hygien was poor, we found a lot of hair in our bed, it was old blankets that we think are not washed in between clients. It was very cold in the room because of the isolation, we heard people talking in the middle of the night outside and even people ringing at 4am. We couldn’t get hot water in the shower.
