The location of the hotel was great

Aircond was not working and given without checking Dust all over the bed made it difficult to stay with a 5 months old baby Smelly Towel

Check in was at 10 in the morning, I arrived at 6 in the afternoon and my room was not clean as I was informed!! They gave me another room which had yellowed sheets and when I opened the sheets to lie down they were dirty and had been used by previous guests!@@ He offered to change my room, but it was too late... The entrance was with a pile of unwashed sheets and they left a very small space to pass through. The bathroom had no window and the room also, the window didn't open!! No escape...! I am amazed at the good reviews I read before I closed it!! 🥵🤧😡🤬

Location was perfect, very near to Melaka heritage city. We parked across the road with a RM5-10 fare. We had to look for a room very late and the staff was helpful and accommodative.

Very noisy as it is beside the main road, but you can expect that from a hotel-made Melaka old building. Room was not too clean.
