if look with attention things are not so well cleanned. the water in the shower had no pressure

Good location. Nice big kitchen fully stocked with breakfast food. Nice lounge to relax in. Two big shared bathrooms. Stocked with spare items eg shower gel.

Le lit était extrêmement confortable, les douches sont partagées mais néanmoins très propres et le petit déjeuner est bien. Je recommande.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet area, even though it's a good 20-min walk to the city centre. The kitchen is stocked with fruit, cereals and oats, eggs, bread and other food items so you can make a great breakfast for yourself. And the room is spacious with a TV with Netflix available. Also, the price for what you get - compared to other accommodation in Belfast - is pretty good. And the host is also a great guy!

It's a bit far from the city centre (20-min walk), which if you like walking (like I do) is no problem. Some of the common areas - like the kitchen - need a bit of dusting and cleaning in hard to reach places, even though overall it's pretty clean and organised.

It was very clean and the location is central for the city center.

The location was perfect; close to the city centre yet so peaceful and quiet. Accessing the property was simplicity itself and the kitchen was better stocked than the one at home🙂

Cannot really fault this property. It was exactly as outlined on the app and offers comfortable accomodation for visiting wonderful Belfast.
