Reserved the most expensive room but there were mosquitoes everywhere and bathtub quite dirty. But the view is perfect, staffs are helpful.

房間整體清潔度不足，有小混蟲寄居於牆上及小有小蟑螂於房間內出沒。房間攞設及設計不夠人性化，例如浴室沒有浴廉，令沖涼時水花四濺，浴室又沒有地方放衣服，毛巾又放於房外，洗手盤又設於浴室外而沒有洗手液提供。住宿包早餐，可惜如果要美式或拿鐵需要另加錢。

"施設は良いが、極めて残念なホテル"

景色は良いホテルです。 その一方で、残念ながらホスピタリティには大いに欠けたホテルでした。 ①システム不具合による解約連絡があり、再予約を行ったのですが金額がアップ。フロントで相談したのですが、これらはHotels.comの責任だとして聞く耳持たず。 ②上記内容に、英文と中文で連絡したが一切返信なし。 ③部屋掃除に入った様子はあるが、布団は乱れたままで歯ブラシや茶の入れ替えはなし。 ④フロントスタッフは挨拶する気配もなし。 台湾駐在員なのですが、このようなホテルは初めての経験です。
