Villa Notos

large comfortable room, very clean and in a great location 4 minute walk from the port. Lena is just lovely and so accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

It's not a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs so if you have heavy luggage or require easy access then you could struggle.

Convenient to port beaches and restaurants

Our stay at Villa Notos was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Lena and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The location couldn’t be better, very close to the main part of town, but still very quiet and peaceful, and only a stone’s throw away from a beautiful beach. Our experience exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

Lena, the host was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very clean and very well equipped room. Liked the provision of robes and the well equipped kitchen area. Delicious home cooked pastry and coffee for breakfast was a real bonus. The bar 2 minutes up the road outside was our favourite. We would return but book an upstairs room with a private balcony for privacy.

The place is very charming. The place I stayed was a deluxe suit with a balcony overlooking a beach. The lady owner is very sweet and kind . She sends guests a good morning. Hello, she called in the form of coffee and baked goods. The coffee was one of the best. I tasted with the pound cake it was delicious. She even offered to do my laundry for free. Superb hospitality! She also gave us some recommendations we very much enjoyed and appreciated! Thank you, Lena, for making our vacation memorable.

I love everything

Lena’s expertise of and connections on the island were invaluable. Upon check-in, she debriefed us on the best tourist attractions, restaurants, boating excursions, rental car services, etc. on the island. We visited on Easter Sunday when buses weren’t running and transportation was limited. Lena called her taxi contacts until she found someone available to drive us to Sarakiniko beach. By the time we were ready to return to the hotel, taxis were more limited, so she even called upon one of her airport shuttle contacts to pick us up. She made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay!

We were greeted by Lena, the owner of this property. Lena is a delight, a pure gem of a person. From the moment we met her, we felt at home. Very personable and willing to assist with the slightest concern, she made the stay worthwhile. Her friendly staff were willing to assist also, including Mike, the busiest person on the island.

Our hostess was there to greet us off a late ferry, met us the next morning to gives us a rundown on things to do, most of which we did and had a wonderful time in Milos, helped me make arrangements for my next stop and was the highlight of the stay except the room and terrace was spectacular. The property overlooks the part of the bay facing the gap the boats leave the bay and across from a large mountain. A small beach across the street was used by families. Our room had the large terrace with a porch swing, lounge chairs, breakfast table, a view across the bay and big tree that provided shade in the afternoon. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom good, but the location, hostess and terrace was exceptional.

There are steps to Villa and the rooms, which were nice for photos but are a challenge for visually impaired.
