Hotel Wualai by CMStay

Lovely peaceful hotel! The owners are so sweet, we had such a great time here ☺️ perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood close to silver temple and not too far away fom old town (15/20 min walk or 4 minutes Grab)

Rather quiet location. Not far from the old town.

The room was spacious but dark (despite one window). The room lamps were too dark to provide a pleasant atmosphere, it felt more like a room in an industrial complex, especially since all the (thick) cables (power, TV) are prominently visible on the walls. Room cleaning isn't taken very seriously, upon arrival there were two glasses standing upside down, under one was rubbish, and the other had obviously been used for beer and not been cleaned; even in the next cleaning round - with glasses and one obviously used cup put visibly on the table - none of these was cleaned. The bathroom was dim and with obvious damages (sink pipe leaking with rusty water, hole in the ceiling), and after even a short shower water dripped down from the ceiling. The hotel isn't a hotel, it's just a reception without further hotel facilities.
