Great price and good location near the Chiang Mai moat. Very friendly staff.

My recent stay at this lovely establishment was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Every aspect of my stay was excellent, from the comfortable accommodations to the serene surroundings. However, the only hiccup I encountered was the checkout time request for 11 PM on my last day. As I had checked in late the previous night, this presented a bit of an inconvenience. Despite this minor issue, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I must give a special mention to Uncle, who exemplified true hospitality during my stay. He not only lent me his bike to grab some food but also went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of when I got late In conclusion, while there was a small hiccup with the checkout time, the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff, especially Uncle, more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a cozy retreat with genuine hospitality.

Staff friendly, place was clean, good value for money- about 20 min walk to the old town

The location is perfect. Located just off of Wualai street in Chiang mai which turns into a massive night market on Saturday night. 10 minute walk from the old town in a quiet area. The room was amazing, the air con was perfect and the staff were always so friendly. We would recommend this property to anybody visiting Chiang mai.

Our only minor issue was that the shower was set up like a wet room but the water did not drain properly. Meaning some nights the whole bathroom was flooded all night. However this was a minor inconvenience for the money paid and all of the other positives.
