We have been to Thailand many times and this would definitely be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were incredible. The rooms are beautiful large and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The pool access room is fantastic you could even see the ocean. The ambience and how comfortable we felt was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning again and again. ❤️

There was not one thing that we did not like about this property.

When i downgraded my room i liked the view from that room

Apparently noise level is a big problem here and adjacent rooms can hear you and get disturbed easily which i found was a negative aspect if your staying with toddlers

"Amazing beachside stay in Phuket"

I traveled around SE Asia for nearly one month and this was my favorite lodging. The location is great and has ocean views from the room, the staff is amazing - considerate, remembers each visitor and their preferences, and are willing to go out of their way to meet your needs or requests. For the experience, the price is very reasonable.

That I couldn't stay longer.
