GREAT location. Great value. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The price was super reasonable. And seriously, spectacular views. We would recommend.

The shower was really slow to drain in our room, so we just had to be aware to not let the shower basin overflow. We were only there for one night, so we were just careful once we realized it was a slow drain.

It was clean and modern and had good air conditioning and good facilités although the fridge didn’t work. But we loved the rooftop lookout with the spectacular view. We also liked that it wasn’t swamped with tourists.

The great difficulty of parking nearby and of having to lug heavy bags over rough roads and footpaths so narrow you had to walk on the roads and risk the mad traffic. Also there were no elevators and it is hard for older people to drag bags up steep narrow staircases. We had to tackle two flights of stairs this way.

Guys, I understand that yours is not a hotel with stars. But it's not that cheap to be that bad. All equipment is in poor condition. The rooms look like prison cells. The pillows are stuffed with pieces of old cotton wool, or rags... it's hard to tell. The towels smell like old, rotten rags. In general, the first thing that greets you at the entrance to the hotel is the smell of sewage. It will then be everywhere, mixed with toilet fragrances that are placed throughout the hotel. And everything is quite dirty. This is not our first time in Enna and this is the worst experience. Unfortunately our favorite hotel was unavailable.

Great location and very helpful host. Breakfast was nice. The terrace would be lovely in warmer weather.

The views were amazing.

We were forced to paid additional tax with Cash only on a different transaction although it was clearly indicated that all taxes were included in the price.
