Все очень понравилось. Чудесная студия, со всем необходимым. Великолепный пляж, отличные бесплатные лежаки, очень хорошее обслуживание в пляжном баре. Завтрак не шведский стол, но на выбор можно заказать омлет, болтанку или йогурт с фруктами. Также приносят тосты, масло, джемы. На выбор: чай, любой кофе и соки. Голодным остаться невозможно. Магазин очень близко. В пляжном баре можно обедать и ужинать. И ещё 2 ресторана есть на берегу. За магазином - таверна. Остановка автобуса тоже очень близко. Келли разрешила нам более поздний чек-аут и заказала трансфер до аэропорта. Благодарим Келли и всех работников Акти Барбати за прекрасный отдых. Надеемся вернуться.

The property was beautiful and I mean the grounds and the restaurant. The restaurant was modern and right on the beach. Loved having the pool and beach. Drinks and food were overpriced but good. Having Nicholas grocery store just up the street was very helpful! The host was accommodating but on her own time. We ran out of toilet paper and never got one brought to us. There’s some water sports rentals to do next door and the location is great if you’re going to stay put . You need a car or you’ll not get anywhere. The bus was 45 min late and no taxis were available. Spending the afternoon in Ypsos was great but no easy way to get there and back. Recommend asking Nicholas at the grocery store for George’s number. He saved our trip.

I didn’t like the rooms. There wasn’t enough outlets . We only got one towel a piece and we didn’t know housekeeping wasn’t coming but every three days. The shower leaked leaving water all over the bathroom causing us to use our towels for the floor. The rooms need updating. The oven was dirty so we washed everything again even the cups. There was only one roll of toilet paper no back up. Ants were everywhere. The rooms were just really dated and for a beach location extra towels/ pillows really need to be in a closet somewhere.

Everything was good, great location, pool, beach. However, some minor repairs could be considered in some places.

Location was great, resort was quiet for the time of year. Spacious studio.

Accommodation smelt of smoke so I had to wipe everything down and use fragrance sprays. Limited TV and unadvertised mini washing machine ruined a top and leaked. Didn't make a fuss on any of these issues.

Super close to the beach, the pool was great, the room was clean and spacious.

The drain hole outside the shower bubble water out so the floor was always wet on that area. The pillows were dead.
