Akti Barbati Houses by Konnect

Beautiful resort next to one of the nicest beaches at Corfu. We had a whole little house to ourselves. There is a shop nearby and many beach restaurants. The pool is clean and well maintained

Great location, lovely pool and a minute walk away from the sea.

We found that there was very limited option for breakfast

Ottimo alloggio vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia di Barbati, bellissimo porticato per cene e colazioni. Gradita anche la presenza della piscina per l'ultimo bagno di mia figlia. Corata la struttura con tutti i confort necessari presenza di spugna nuova sapone per piatti ecc..

I stayed a few days at Akti Barbati Houses by Konnect and had a pleasant experience. The beach is nearby, the sea is clean, and the beach bar is very good. There’s also a pool and plenty of parking space. The accommodation itself was decent and suitable for three people.

Overall, everything was fine, but I did notice a few things. The furniture is clearly outdated, and the shower cabin shows significant signs of wear – the doors don’t close properly, and the edges are visibly damaged, which affects the overall impression. The shower cabin should be replaced. The toilet seat is also worn out and needs to be changed. We stayed for seven nights, but the bed linen was not changed at all, and towels were replaced only once.

Poloha ubytovania výborná, pár metrov od pláže. Blízko obchodu, a autobusovej zastávky. Pláž čistá, voda nádherná priezračná. Ranajky boli na výber z 3 prazenica, omeleta a jogurt s musli a az od 9, takže ked nemusíte ranajky si zabezpečíte aj v miestnom obchode.

V nasej izbe bola príšerne hlučná klimatizácia. Nedalo sa od nej poriadne spat. Sprcha by mohla byt čistejšia. každý tretí deň mali upratať, neprišiel nikto.

La ubicación es PERFECTA. A 100 metros de la playa de Barbati, una de las más increíbles de Corfu. El lugar no está mal, tiene un parking cómodo y una piscina (que no utilizamos) grande. Es departamento un tanto oscuro y no del todo equipado si quieres usar la cocina. La anfitriona regular, llegó algo tarde a darnos las llaves y sin dar muchas explicaciones, rapidito y para volver a la playa.

Die Lage ist super , leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Im Kinderpool sind Fliesen kaputt deswegen haben die Kinder sich dort immer geschnitten. Die Lampen im Pool sind raus gekommen und lagen an der Oberfläche das war für uns sehr schlecht ! Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht so gut !

Great location: 1 minute to the beach, store, bus station. Breakfast options are limited(yogurt or scramble), but tasty
