Good location and clean

Unpacked everything and realized toilet didn’t work. Called front desk and they brought us a plunger, not someone to do the work, for us to do it. After plunging still didn’t work. We had to move to a different room. Pack everything up and move. I am partially disabled and had requested an accessible king suite. They moved us to a queen where there was no room for a walker or wheelchair. Bathtub/shower was not accessible. When we checked out the gentleman behind desk was very kind and apologized but a woman came out of the office and was a real jerk. They refunded our $75.00 pet fee which was high to begin with. Will not return!

"So thankful for the upgrade as my husband stays at IHG for his work"

Great location and on the way to Zion from Las Vegas. My husband got upgraded to two bedroom suite and my family felt like that was perfect after traveling so early in the morning. We enjoyed watching tv in the open area and making popcorn in the kitchen area. We were on the top floor so it was quiet and relaxing where we stayed only could hear when people were moving in the morning through the hallways but the fan drowned out the noise for the most part. We enjoyed the continental breakfast options and it was definitely busy in the morning as it was Spring break for many travelers.
