Приехали в отель, всё было ок, зашли в номер - в номере находится не реально. Очень воняет сигаретами. На просьбу поменять номер, нам отказали. Пришли В НАШЕ ОТСУТСТВИЕ и запшикали всё освежителем воздуха. После этого, мы вернулись и этим освежителем воняли все наши вещи, которые там были. В номере очень холодно. Продувает окно. А на улице -10. Спали в термо Белье. Проветривать комнату пришлось. Потому что запах освежителя был очень ядерным. Но мы ночевали у друзей, так как после проветривания было очень холодно. К этому всему нам дали номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Было не удобно! Постельное белье было грязное! Вода - очень плохо поступал напор. Вместо того чтобы помыть голову за 10 мин , мыла 40

Das Hotel hat ein gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück/Abendessen war veränderlich und gut. Im Hotel konnten sie genug english und jede war hilfsbereit und nett. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar (Apotheke, Geschäft, Skigebiet).

ogolna atmosfera bardzo dobra, miejsce zadbane z goralska atmosfera, miejsce przyjazne dziecia i rodzina. spokoj cisza, lokalizacja bardzo dobra. dla nas bylo wazne ze restauracja byla na miejscu, sala zabaw dla dzieci, niczego wiecej nie potrzebowalismy. Pokoje odnowione, w dobrym standardzie, nic do narzekania. Ogolnie jesli dopracuja restauracje to bylo by 10/10 z obecna restauracja 9/10

doplaty do jedzenia w restauracji, ketchup do frytek dodatkowo 5 PLN, chleb do tatara - 12 PLN, maslo - 5 PLN, te rzeczy powinny byc wliczone w cene dania. chleb do tatara powinien byc podawany do dania, jak mozna podawac tatara bez koszyka chleba, bez masla bez przypraw, ketchup powinien byc podawany na stol do frytek itd., przyprawy itd. tutaj trzeba bylo za wszystko doplacac oddzielnie zeby takowy dostac. dziwne rozwiazanie. liczylismy na wiekszy wybor dan w restauracji. restauracja 7/10

We were dissatisfied with the overall experience at this hotel, and it left an unpleasant impression. The room met the standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was quite decent with a variety of cheeses, tasty pancakes, and juice.

Breakfast was quite decent with a variety of cheeses, tasty pancakes, and juice. The spa area was clean, but the interaction with the reception staff, particularly the young man, was unpleasant. While he was smiling, his attitude towards us was not friendly. We had a 6:00 PM reservation for the jacuzzi, but when we arrived at 6:10 PM, everything was turned off, and no one was there to greet us. We had to move the cover ourselves and turn the jacuzzi on so we wouldn’t lose more time. At 6:24 PM, a man from the reception came and, with an irritated tone, asked why we were there instead of in the sauna. His English was poor, and he blamed us for not understanding something. He made us get out of the jacuzzi, moved the cover to the other side, and only then turned it on again. Our experience, which was supposed to be relaxing, was completely ruined. On that note, we left in a bad mood and decided not to go to the bowling, which we had also reserved. The reception works only until 6:00 PM, so we didn’t call to cancel our 9:00 PM reservation. When checking out the next day, we were charged a 100 EUR fine, which was a large amount, and we were never informed about it beforehand. So, if you want to avoid unexpected charges, I would not recommend this hotel. Also, the parking was paid, which was another inconvenience.
