Excellent location, staff and breakfast. Nice clean comfortable rooms and were pampered by staff.

Would be nice to have body shower jell in room but that's it.

Frühstück mit geringer Auswahl. Für Eier gab es z.B. keine Eierbecher. Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt Teppichboden im Zimmer war versteckt mit vielen Flecken

"if it was not for the TV and hairdryer it would be perfect"

The location was superb, area was quiet and near attractions. Breakfast area surprisingly calming space with lots of plants and visible monastery characteristic when you look up, continental breakfast was superb with lots to choose from.

The TV says it’s a smart TV but has no internet and we are unable to access Netflix which was annoying. I complained about the hairdryer which kept dying on me and was told at the reception “I wasn’t using it properly “ as apparently it has a sensor😳, and it’s a common complaint from guest so I said why not put an instruction alongside the hairdryer? reception lady said she has raised it multiple times but management has not acted on it🤷🏻‍♀️
