Front desk agent was very helpful and kind, I ended up in the wrong hotel in a different terminal and he moved my reservation there and helped me with instructions to get to the other terminal in the morning. Good option to relax and get a nap in if you have a long layover.

Hotel sent me the wrong directions and instructions on how to a find the location, I was booked in terminal 2 and they sent instructions for terminal 1 by mistake. The location is very challenging to find as there are no signs throughout the airport.

O chuveiro estava lançando água para todos os lados...poderia ter café e chá na sala de comida.

La cápsula fue cómoda linda y limpia, los baños limpios

El acceso si llevas maletas grandes es muy limitado , hay escaleras y no hay elevador , no hay rampa. Fue sumamente difícil para mí subir con mis maletas.

I liked that they gave me an extra Pillow when I asked for it.

I didn't like that the internet signal was.not strong at towards the emergency door.

Bathroom dirty

Not much other than it is a place to lay your head in the airport when needed.

They try and price gouge you if you walk in. They were charging triple the price of booking.com if you walk in. It's like sleeping in a big coffin and staff are not invested nor do they care.

Clean and quiet

Distance to facilities and sleeping quarters are far apart. Location is not easily accessible and requires stairs to access reception desk.

Cabine premium plus grande que je pensais. Matelas un peu dur, salle de bains tres bien, casier suffisamment grand pour moi.

Pas de rangement a l intérieur de la cabine et pas de rangement pour les chaussures. Faut espérer ne pas avoir trop de passage car les portes font toujours bruit. Emplacement pas facile a trouver. Tarif moins cher en direct sur place...

buena opcion para algo rapido y barato

cambiar los colchones estan muy rigidos y poner almohadas mejore, no pude dormir bien por que literal la cama estaba tiesa
